I had an incredible experience with Ship Direct - they were prompt with quotes and carrier info, and all the questions I had about shipping were answered in the short video clips they had. Matt definitely made me feel like I was a priority and always responded promptly. The pick up was simple - they came on the very first day my car was available to be picked up, and it was delivered across country 5 days later at a location convenient to me. This experience was so different from shipping my possessions, which took 45 days and misplaced more than once. Thankfully I had my car. I have the up most confidence in this company and am really thankful I chose them.
