Overall, we were pleased with this experience. The upside is that they picked up the car on-time, and it was relatively easy to get the car back. The downside is that the car carrier charged us an extra $100 at the last minute because they could. We had no choice but to pay it. This wasn't Ship A Car's fault, and they even covered $50 of the total. This was the only negative part of the experience.
