This was really easy. The date and carrier (JST, LLC) was confirmed by e-mail. The JST< LLC, auto transport driver, Joe, kept in contact with me. He had mechanical trouble which delayed him for 2 days, but we kept in contact and at one point Joe offered to have another carrier come. I declined this as we did not need to be in Albuquerque by a certain time. The delay worked out well for the delivery in New Mexico as the car was picked up at our home on Friday and delivered to my family on Sunday . Joe, was great in keeping us informed as to what was happening. This was sooo easy. I would recommend the Ship a Car Direct company as the way to transport cars.
