The transporter kept in touch with me as to the pickup date and delivery date. My mechanic in California who had my car, video taped the pickup and it appeared to be very professional. When my car arrived in NJ, the driver called 2 days ahead to prepare me for delivery. He met the delivery time. In fact, he was 2 hours early. He was professional and I had time to inspect the car. There was no damage that I could see.
