After reading reviews on car shipping companies a was terrified by the experience. I am so glad I found Matt at Ship a Car Direct. Not only were they one of the less expensive options but they were honest about the whole process (still made me nervous until my car arrived safely in IL) instead of assuring definite dates/facts like other companies. The driver was very experienced (picking my car up and loading IN THE MIDDLE of the Pacific Coast Highway like it was no big deal). The process was actually very quick, easy, and personal. I had the drivers cell phone number the whole time and he let me know ahead of time when he would arrive. He told me it might be Saturday night if he made good drive time, but he called and said it would be too late and that he would arrive in the morning. And he did, with the car in the same condition and I gave it to him! Phew... What a relief! I even got a $30 rebate to write this review, though they did not make me say good things, that was just me :-)
