From the get go Emily gave me the peace of mind! timely email communication letting me know what to expect and seemed like she was always there every time I made a telephone call with specific questions. Thank you Emily!
The driver: my daughter called me after the car was picked up in NC and said "wow, the driver was very nice and professional which made me feel good the car is in good hand". I met the driver during the delivery in California and was also impressed with his professionalism. Even though I felt the transport cost was more than we had planned for but I still tipped the driver and felt great about the whole experience using this service.
