This was my first experience shipping a car. Ship a Car Direct made the process quick and easy. Everything was explained throroughly and clearly through emails, phone and their website. The whole process went very smoothly and right on time. Portia was great on following up on all my questions. I would definately use them again if needed. Pricing was competitive and right in line with other brokers. They do offer a $30 rebate as an incentive to write a review but that in no way influenced what I wrote.
