I had a very pleasant experience shipping my car with Ship A Car Direct. My contact person, David Franco, was always available via email and phone and responded quickly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was tempted to use another company with a lower quote, however that company promised me a certain pick up date but did not follow through. Ship A Car Direct was honest with the process of acting as a middle man with transportation companies. The quote that Ship A Car Direct provided was the competitive quote for drivers to accept. David Franco was a great contact at Ship A Car Direct. Additionally, the carrier, Ace Auto Transport, delivered my car in perfect condition in a timely manner.
