I had an excellent experience with this car carrier. My contact person called me back right away every time and answered all my questions. The pick up in California went well and was fast. The driver checked the car thoroughly and arrived in Maryland when he said he would. There was no damage or theft, which I was concerned about after reading experiences of other customers with all carriers. I highly recommend Emily as a contact person; she was responsive and knowledgeable. This was my first experience shipping a car and I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct if I do it again.
