When I started contacting shippers to transport my vehicle from Midwest to California, I was not sure how it would go. I talked to a few shippers and this one was the most expensive. But Portia was in touch with me constantly assuring me that everything will be fine. I was still apprehensive especially after the fee went down by a small amount and then went up by about the same.
Later, the carrier did not show up on the scheduled pick up date due to vehicle breakdown and then not next day either, which made me worry even more.

But the day of the pickup,as I dropped off my car, met the driver and I felt more confident and much better about the choice. In spite of the early vehicle problems, THE VEHICLE WAS PROMPTLY DELIVERED ON THE DATE PROMISED to me when I made the payment. So, overall I was very happy with our choice. I would give excellent but the scheduled pickup date was a week later than I was expecting based on their videos.The other thing that bothered me was that they could not provide a range for how late the actual delivery could be with respect to scheduled delivery date, presumably due to legal reasons. But, honestly, I did not mind waiting for a couple of days, in return for the smooth pickup and delivery.

All in all, I am very satisfied with the service and would use it again!
