My car was delivered to me this morning at 6 a.m. The driver had no Bill of Lading, just a dispatch sheet from your company which required no signature. His only interest was getting the money order I had in the amount of $700. He charged me an additional $100 because the car had a dead battery, which he resolved by jump starting the car with cables.

Examination of the car at time of delivery revealed no damages or missing items from the car.

I have no complaints with the driver or the service. He stayed in touch with me during the time he was involved with the car.

Thank you for your follow-up emails and Kay for her work. Altogether I would say this was a good experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Herb. Glad to hear the driver was in touch throughout! You bring up a good point about dead batteries and non-running vehicles. It is good to be sure your vehicle is fully operational before transport or to note operational issues before the carrier is arranged. Most carriers are not equipped to handle dead batteries or flat tires, etc, so troubleshooting those issues en route will accrue additional fees.
