The scheduling of the carrier was done with a very aggressive deadline. Communication was very good. The transportation company arrived on time and driver was very professional. Car arrived undamaged and as promised in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, as advertised. I did comparison shop before placing the order and while Ship-a-car-direct was not the cheapest, they certainly had the most coherent approach and professional communication. Would use again, if I had to!
