I didn't exactly make it easy on the broker, as I only gave about 3 days notice that I would be leaving NY and needed my car to be picked up that weekend. But the broker was great; worked with me on my timing, price, etc. Was very easy to get a hold of when needed and reached out on more than one occasion to give me an update or just to check in. Communication skills were excellent.

As for the actual pickup, the driver was also great with communication. He called me on my cell phone to determine a time for pickup, and he was right where he said he would be. I watched him load my baby (my car) on the truck like a pro. He said that if all went well, it would take 5 days, but that I should be prepared for it to be delivered on the 6th day. He called me a few days later to update me that it would be ready on the 6th day, so he hit his target. Gave me an exact place to pick up the car, and it was ready and off the truck when I arrived. Only downside was that it was dirtier than I've ever seen it, but that's to be expected in an open vehicle. I took it right to the car wash and all was well. No damage.

So overall, it was a great experience. Communication from both broker and driver were excellent.
