I was very concerned about shipping my car, this was my first time going through the process. The staff at Ship A Car Direct were very helpful and answered all my questions. In the lead up time to the shipping, I was in frequent contact and the service was prompt and professional. I shipped my car from LA to NC and the price was very competitive at $900.

The actual transport company was overall very professional and my vehicle arrived without any damage. The drop off was delayed several days, once secondary to a truck problem but a second time for unclear reasons and it was inconvenient for me not to have the car for a few extra days. In the end, the driver worked around my schedule and was very helpful in dropping the car off at a time and place that worked for me.
