Choosing Ship a Car Direct company for me was easy because I have use them before in the pass to ship my mom's car in 2012. Their video was very helpful... Emily, is such a sweet person. She was very helpful answering all my questions and yes, I still have questions even thought I have used the company before.The company that pick up my car was Ebs Express Inc. I was worry that I'll have to meet up with the driver in a near by shopping center because I live in a apartment and have to walk back home (that day was very hot!). But I was thankful that the driver meet me in front of the apartment property. I didn't know what to expected from Ebs Express Inc., but upon meeting the driver and talking to him, he seem pretty cool and nice. It took 5 days to delivered my car to Minnesota. I'm just happy that my car is up there, it can be very stressful trying to ship your car any where in the states but I put my trust in this company and I'm happy and thankful I did...
