Overall the experience was good and they got my car from NY to CA without major problems so I can't complain! It was nerve-wracking that I didn't know when my car was going to be picked up until about 24 hours before, especially since I had already booked a cross-country plane ticket, but Mike was very involved and responsive to my concerns.

Thanks for your feedback, Lauren! You bring up a common concern: timing. It's true, there isn't much advance notice. Most transports are finalized within 24-48 hours of pick-up. Glad it arrived quickly!
