Once I contacted cars direct everything went smooth. They kept in contact with me and I was able to contact the driver once they booked him. The drivers English was spotty but sufficient. The driver met every time schedule or was slightly early. He was polite and courteous. The cost was higher than I have paid in the past but was worth it. Mike at cars direct is a little hard to contact by phone but you always get referred to someone and he answers emails. Very good overall experience.
