Dale from Ship a Car Direct is so professional and provides excellent customer service. He always checks in and is quick to respond. The pick up date was late but the driver was very apologetic and professional. I received my car in 4 days and the truck driver was so nice. I had an overall great experience I received my car and it was clean and just how I left it.
