I was a little apprehensive about signing my jeep over to someone I didn't know to transport across the country, but was won over by Adam's frankness and friendliness, and the company's Damage-free Guarantee. There was one minor hiccup with the pick-up of my vehicle, as the truck driver had a thick accent and was apparently flustered by some trouble with another client's vehicl before meeting my friend to pick my vehicle in San Diego. Adam was a great mediator, though, and smoothed it all out. He then sent me updates as my vehicle was making progress across the country, and the vehicle arrived as promised, damage free, and one day earlier than expected.
