I was very satisfied with Ship-a-Car Direct services for this transport. This was the second time I engaged Ship-a-Car Direct in the past four months. Communications with Ship-a-Car was excellent, but there was less than ideal communication with SDM Transport in the front end of the transport. The auto transport company that Ship-a-Carr Direct selected for the move, SDM, did not initiate contact in a timely manner with me regarding the pick-up arrangements in Arizona; I had to request such information. There was a one-day delay in the pick up as well as a 1+ day delay in the delivery of the vehicle. In the latter case, the truck experienced a breakdown in Oklahoma causing the delay; I was pleased that the driver kept me informed about the arrival delay. The car arrived safely and in very good condition.

Thank you for the feedback and your repeat business, Michael! Sorry to hear your carrier's communication was less than ideal. Typically carriers initial calls when they can confirm their arrival and sometimes delays en route to you can affect their timing projections. Most often they call the night before pick-up, but let us know if you have any questions or concerns about carrier arrival.
