I am only guessing the the air in my front tires we reduced to get my SUV onto trailer with decreased risk of damage during travel across country. The car was delivered with the tires deflated and the exterior dirty, but the car came back safe and all contents intact. My LoJack was set off because the keyfob and car were separated. I called David to instruct them to leave the fob hidden within the car so that the phone calls would stop and he did accomplish this. The rest of the trip was uneventful, except for the deflated front tires. Simple solution - sign put on car about tires deflated and tires reinflated at the terminal and return to me in pristine condition.

Thanks for your positive feedback, Steve. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the deflated tires. It's rare (depends on the size of the vehicle) and only done to protect the vehicle during transit. But you are right, the driver should have refilled the tires before delivery.
