Paying more than what I was quoted, 3 days later than intended pick-up date, and irresponsible representative - need i say more? Well, it is asking for 200 characters, so here it goes.

I asked them to ship my car from Texas to California and I told them to pick up on 4/4/2014(Friday). I heard nothing solid from Amanda even on 4/3(Thursday), so I called and emailed her that afternoon for no less than 8 attempts- heard NOTHING (she later told me she was in meetings all day)! I had to fly out on 4/5 and I told her numerous times I wouldn't have anyone on that end when they come pick up, so I was almost begging them to pick up that Saturday morning - NOPE, that didn't happen. They found white hawks auto to pick up on 4/7(Monday). You would think this is already 3 days late and just wanted to get this over with - NOT! They asked me to pay $25 more than my quote because my route is off their set route! Well I asked Amanda to find me another carrier who has this 'set route' because I'm not willing to pay extra for a late service. NOPE, didn't happen - not a change in carrier, price nor attitude. So I dealt with this truck driver myself. Not to mention it was NOT door-to-door pickup like they promised but this is another issue with this carrier.

So, no, never again.

Thank you for your feedback - sincere apologies for your frustration with the service. We take pride in not making promises we can't keep and unfortunately we should have been more clear about timing windows and flexibility. There are often many carrier options around your target date for a move like yours, but we can't guarantee service is available on demand, on one specific date. If your timing window is narrow, then pricing is affected. We are so sorry that this was not clear and that you were inconvenienced.
