First, I arranged shipment of my vehicle through another company that seemed mid-priced & with good reviews. The bad Winter caused all trucking on the East coast to get backed up. Therefore, if I wanted my truck to get shipped anytime soon I was going to need to increase what I was willing to pay. I gave the first company I hired the opportunity to rebid my shipment but they decided to stick with their original bid. I knew if I wanted to see my vehicle any time soon I was going to have to pay enough to entice a driver to pick up my vehicle instead of someone elses. I contacted Ship A Car Direct. John let me know the price of jobs that were posted and not getting picked up and what price he felt it would take to get my vehicle picked up and on it's way to me. He was very open & honest. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process of getting my vehicle shipped to me and followed up after my vehicle arrived to make sure that I was satisfied. John was very knowledgeable, professional and gave me great customer service. The driver that picked up and delivered my vehicle was also very professional. The only reason that answered the question about my pick up being late is because the driver said he would be there "approximately" Friday and didn't pick up my vehicle until Saturday. No big deal. I would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to ship your vehicle.

If a quick turn-around is your main concern, offering more to the carrier is your best bet. We are always honest about the process and the best options to meet your shipping goals!
