The customer service with ship-a-car direct was second to none. The staff was very professional and always answered the phone when I called. They tried the best they could to work around my dates and gave me a great rate that was the best amongst its competitors. They are a trustworthy company that don't rip you off with extra hidden fees like other companies. They arrived on the exact dates and times as planned. My car was relatively new and I was skeptical of having it transported at first with the fear of possible damage, however it arrived without a scratch. The vendors they contract are hardworking and coordinate to your needs. I defiantly plan on using them in the future.
