I started with Jason who was extremely helpful and polite from the beginning. When I knew the date of pick-up, he put it out to bid and immediately Quik Trans of Springfield, MA. accepted the offer. I called them directly and Vitio informed me of the process and even gave me the driver's cell phone number.

Dan, the driver, called me twice the day of delivery to narrow down the time. Very helpful. I would definitely use and recommend them again. He also called the day before for an update.

I started all this to call Jason earlier today not to complain as most people but to tell him how happy I was with the service.

Anyway, everything went very smoothly.

I gave Dan a cold water, a breakfast cereal bar and $20! He said he couldn't wait to get home to his daughter. Truly, a nice young man.

My car was in an accident in FL and none of this was pre-planned. I had to fly home.

I would recommend.
