The car shipping business seems to be a very shady business with prices fluctuating and schedules sketchy. Tom was able to explain the business model and insure that the car I was shipping made it to it's destination in time. The truck driver did not appear to know the pickup area very well and picked the vehicle up in a very unsafe manner. The broker told us it was OK to put items in the trunk and the driver asked us to sign a document saying there was nothing of value in the trunk. Ultimately, the vehicle made it safely and with contents intact, but it is a pretty shady business overall. This company did well helping us through the process.
