Got my Audi A6 transported from NJ to Seattle with Ship a Car. Matt was very good in explaining things and starting the process was easy. It took longer to find a truck (I placed the order on 2/22 and car was picked up 3/5) and the cost was $50 over the initial quote (I am guessing NJ to Seattle is not a big frequent truck route). But Matt was communicating and providing status over email and the trucker used (Diesel) was efficient in their process and got my car home safe! The good part I found was Matt was just a phone call away or email away, that was pretty important. My wife placed an order by mistake with another company, and after some research we found it was not a good company, and just trying to get in touch with someone there was so hard, that is when you realize how important it is to have the other person easily available to talk to.

Overall, will go with them again, despite $50 extra from the initial quote due to the customer service and the how my car arrived super fast.

Thanks for your feedback, Ashok! Your route isn't terrible, but transports out of the east can be backlogged this time of year due to inclement weather. That also tends to push up prices. Glad we found a quick and safe carrier!
