My car was only 5 months old when I needed to have it shipped across country. I was stressed out about having it transported in an open carrier, but Matt assured me that it would be taken care of, and if something happened to it that their damage free guarantee would cover it. I was also getting worried when no carrier had been assigned 4 days before the pickup date I requested. Matt said it was typical to occur within a few days of the requested date, and he was not surprised. He took the initiative to call around, and within a few hours of my call he was able to find a carrier for me. The emails that are sent out after a quote is requested are helpful and informative. Matt also followed up the day after delivery to ensure that my car arrived as expected. I did not see any new scratches or dings, and the carrier even washed it down due to salt/sand after a snow storm he encountered right after pickup. Overall, I am very happy with the service of Ship A Car Direct and the carrier (Absolute Auto Transport).

Thanks for your great review, Kaitlyn! It's surprising to many first time shippers, but there really isn't advance notice. Carriers confirm most often within a day or two of pick-up. Other than that, happy to keep it stress-free!
