I just want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one on your team for an outstanding support and transparency on shipping my car from CA to Boston. Shipadirect was able to find a carrier within days of my request at a reasonable price. The carrier was also great in that –they went well beyond my expectations –in adjusting my time frame to picking up the car in California and dropping off in Boston, Massachusetts. They provided daily updates on where the car was and the ETA of the arrival. Never having anything shipped cross country, I was nervous about the whole ordeal. The video that the CEO put together on how the whole process works- was the key in choosing you –and put me at ease in selecting you as the supplier. I couldn’t have asked for better results.. If anyone is looking for a reference from me, I would be more than willing to give without any second thought.
