Emily contacted me right away following my inquiry; she was really friendly, and very clearly explained things via email and ultimately over the phone. I liked the informative emails and links that came my way too, even before we spoke by phone. Her number was direct, so there wasn't any confusion or shuffling among staff members to speak with my designated representative.

A couple of different people did contact me from the company that actually did the pick-up, Rus-Al...both a dispatcher and the driver, Wade. I was a little taken aback at first, they contacted me early - they wanted to send someone two days and then one day before my stated earliest pickup date - but I was honest with them and ultimately they worked it out, and Wade arrived just as our movers were finishing up. In fact, he waited for me for about a half hour (I directed him to a place to eat in the meantime), and when we met up he was completely gracious. The process was super-easy, and 5 days later he called me with a half-hour heads-up before arriving at my door with the car exactly as I'd left it.

I'd definitely use the company again. As I'm sure has been mentioned here, they do offer a $30 rebate for rating them on this feedback form. It was a simple process, they came across as very professional, and they're BBB accredited, which not all transport companies are.
