Was nervous and never shipped a car before. Ship a Car Direct talked me through the process and answered all my questions. They were realistic about the pick-up and delivery dates, which made me feel comfortable and set my level of expectation. They followed up in a timely manner. and did not pressure me to go with them. I priced out other shippers and they were medium to high as far as price went. I did not feel comfortable going with the lowest cost vendor. The actually shipper they linked me with was responsive and when I left a message on their voicemail, they called back within 2 hours. 2 days before the estimated delivery, I had to change my delivery address to my office instead of my house. They were able to accommodate my request with no issues. On the delivery date, they called me when they were 2 hours away, then again when they were 5 minutes away.
