My experience with SHIP A CAR DIRECT was a positive experience and I would use the company again. David was the broker who helped me. He was very helpful and patient, answered all my questions and called me back promptly when I had to ask questions. The price I paid, $950, very competitive compared with other companies. My car was picked up 1 day early. Thankfully I had the car ready to go. The man who picked up my car was also very nice and prompt, giving me a heads up and good time frame as to when he would arrive to pick up my car. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was the major delay in receiving my car. It took 13 days from pick up to drop off, BUT it was due to extreme weather and lots of snow! At pick, Juan, the driver was also very nice and cleaned my dirty windows so I could safely drive!

Thank you for the positive review! Glad it went well except for the severe weather. Normally a move like yours can take around 10 days - sorry we don't have a fix snowstorms.
