The customer service provided by ship a car direct was excellent. Jason, my consultant, explained the whole process in detail and followed up to make sure everything went ok with the carrier. The carrier was a couple or days late, but given the weather conditions, it seems the delay was not out of the ordinary. I would use ship a car direct again.
