Customer Service was good, drivers were unreliable

Customer Service was overall good, but they did have to call a second driver because the first one never showed up. They did get a second driver that same day and he picked up my vehicle in a reasonable timeframe. This driver was two days late delivering my vehicle, though. My vehicle was dirty when it arrived. The driver claimed he had to make another pick-up and delivery instead of dropping my vehicle off first even though he drove within 10 miles of my house to make that other drop, this caused a 36 hour late arrival. The company needs to find more reliable drivers.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Jon! Your comments bring up the most common frustration about transport: timing. Unfortunately service is not available on demand, schedules are not regular like buses nor tailored to each customer. In your case, your contact couldn't be reached on the contracted date and the truck couldn't wait around indefinitely so we confirmed the next available carrier. That truck had a slightly different route with different customers and provided a new estimate for arrival. It can spare shippers frustration to allow for wiggle room around timing.
