It was my first time shipping a car and ship a car direct made it very easy. I booked my car to be shipped a bit last minute so I expected there to be a few delays but it wasn't so bad. Plus, we had some random winter storms. Overall, I am satisfied. My vehicle arrived safe and sound and the company that shipped my car was very responsive.
