This is my first time shipping a car across states, and the experience is much better than I had expected. I received quotes from 7 brokers after submitting a request, and the quote from Ship A Car Direct was the 2nd lowest. Considering the many positive reviews on this company, I decided to give them a call. Greg answered the call, and he was quite knowledgeable about the car shipping process and answered my questions patiently. So I decided to place the order with the company. Given the bad weather and the relatively lower quote, I was happily surprised that it only took them 2 days to find me a trucking company.

The trucking company called to schedule the pick-up on Sunday. But the actual pick up occurred an the next day. The trucking company explained that the delay was caused by high way closure due to a snow storm. So I guess it's understandable. The driver was quite friendly, and he agreed to pick up the car from a parking lot nearest to where I live. Although the pick-up was a day late, the driver managed to deliver the car on the estimated delivery date. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the experience.
