The company initially had trouble finding a carrier, possibly due to inclement weather in Wisconsin. So the pickup was after my desired deadline and I had to readjust my plans. Once a carrier was found, however, the process went smoothly. The carrier driver was friendly and cooperative.

Thanks for your review, Andrea! You are right about inclement weather affecting availability - extreme weather slows down the transport process (loading, unloading, drive times, truck maintanence, etc.) so that affects availability. Glad to hear your driver was friendly!
