I was very satisfied with the entire process. The weather was absolutely horrible the weekend he picked up the car, hence when it arrived it was very dirty. (Certainly not the fault of the driver...I just answered the question...) The drivers were both friendly and professional, and my contact at the company was helpful and courteous. I would certainly ship another car with this company.
