Best if you're not a control freak

I began with a price quote. The informative emails began in a steady stream. I figured that a company that on top of things has got to have a good system in place. Did they ever! As soon as I contacted Jason, things were underway. I'm not a smartphone guy, so his email notification that he had found a carrier went unread for most of the day. By the time I got to it that night, I decided to take care of placing my deposit in the morning. I had not had a chance to give it attention yet, when my contact at pick-up called to verify that he could release to my carrier who had called ahead to let them know he would be loading within the hour! I had not yet spoken with my carrier or sent him my bill of sale, but the online form Ship a Car Direct had me fill out previously apparently had all the pertinent information necessary for my carrier to take care of business 900 miles away, with only a quick phone call to me required to let it happen. Jason let me know when the carrier had loaded successfully and was on his way. The next morning I was communicating with my carrier to hone in on a delivery time and less than 24 hours from pick-up, I was parking my new (to me) car in my driveway. My carrier was a great guy who was knowledgeable and was willing to go out of his way. A pretty amazing experience - Thanks all!

Thanks for the great feedback! It's true, the process doesn't allow for micro-management but we have a great system and keep you informed every step of the way.
