It was a good experience overall. Greg from Ship a Car Direct was prompt in answering questions via email and phone, even though it took some time to actually find a carrier. Customer service was a lot better than some of the other companies I talked to though. The carrier was hard to get a reach to and my driver barely spoke English, but that's sort of out of the control of Ship A Car Direct, plus my car got here in a reasonable amount of time, undamaged. Overall my experience was good, and Ship A Car Direct acted as if they really valued my business which is why I chose to go with them over some other transport companies who were cheaper.
