Admin details handled very well. Pick and delivery dates were hampered by snow and ice in Michigan vicinity. The process was well handled, I did, however, feel that I had to continuously maintain contact to know what was happening. Bottom line, they did what they said they would do and my vehicle was delivered with no damage
. Would certainly use again if needed.

Thanks for the good review, Bill! You do bring up a good point about communication - no news usually means there is no status change to report. We are always happy to confirm it's still in progress, but calls from us or the carrier typically come when there is a status change (like the order has been dispatched or delivery is due within 24 hours.)
