I found this company online and it had good reviews. I left a message that was returned promptly. I gave my window of when our Honda Pilot was available for pickup. It did take a few extra days for pick up (but there was very poor weather across entire east coast and Midwest). There was also a slight increase in cost beyond what I was quoted (less than 10%) and we agreed to split the cost. The shipper was polite and called ahead to find the best meeting spot. Delivery was made to Boston. The car was delivered in the same condition in which it was given to the shipper. Delivery was made when it was promised without any problems.
