Lack of communication between broker and shipper

I made it a point that I did not want car there before Monday because my daughter wouldn't be there till Sunday night. I was told it wouldn't get there till Wednesday. Drivers picking up car spoke little to no English making it impossible to ask questions. When I voice my concerns about non English speaking drivers to my representative he said well you need to realize that's the territory you are in. Last time I checked I was in the USA. The car arrived 4 days early. Had to put off car delivery till Monday. Then the Company tried to deliver in darken Monday. I refuse delivery because I could not inspect car in dark. Car was finally delivered tuesday morning. The trucking company said the Broker never notified them that we wouldn't be available until Monday. Lack of communication cause myself and trucking company all kinds of issues. Only good thing was once the car was finally delivered on Tuesday it was in good shape with no damage.
