Matt was very polite and courteous. He was very thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. We were so afraid to ship a brand new vehicle and that the weather would slow down the arrival. Matt was so reassuring and reminded us multiple times that they guarantee their service. The vehicle arrived unmarked, safe, and sound.
