Smooth process

I had a pretty great experience with this company, I was very anxious about the process. I decided upon this company due to price and prior reviews and the fact that they don't require a fee prior to assigning your car which put
me more at ease with the process. I worked with Emily she was very prompt in returning my phone calls and answering any questions I had. My carrier was extremely nice and never seemed annoyed by my many phone calls to check up on my car. My carrier Jeff was very flexible with meeting places and delivered my car a day earlier than I expected. My car was delivered in the same condition that I handed it over in save that fact that the exterior was super dirty but that was to be expected in my opinion because the driver had to travel through snow. I am overall very satisfied with the service I received from Emily at ship a car direct as well as Jeff with Allen transport. The only drawbacks to the experience was the fact that it took longer than I expected for the car to be picked up. This caused a bit of anxiety originally but after speaking with Emily and discussing my options (designating a pick up person since I was flying out before A carrier was assigned) I was put more at ease. If you watch the FAQ videos on their website that say that no lead time is necessary however if you will be shipping around the time of major holidays like I was (Christmas and New Years) PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF A LITTLE EXTRA WIGGLE ROOM. It may tAke a little longer to get a carrier assigned to your order like mine was

Found me a driver as soon as one became available.

Thanks for your amazing and informative review, Tiffany! You bring up a very important point about timing: no lead time is necessary because no matter how much notice you give us, carriers commit within days of pick-up. There is no advance scheduling possible in this industry, availability varies from week to week. So giving yourself wiggle room is an excellent suggestion no matter when you ship - but especially around major holidays.
