I used Ship A Car Direct twice to transport my two cars from West coast to East coast. The first one in early Aug 2013. The car arrived the destination perfact and within seven days. The only problem at the hand-over was the time of delivery was called only 2 hours before the truck arrive the site.

After my first nice experience with the company, I decided to send out my second car with Ship A Car Direct. The sales are excellent and make the dispach immidiately. The moving company picked up my car on time. However we wait much longer time about 13-14 days to have my second car delivered.

I understands that the first time and second time the moving companies are different. So the delay was the problem of the moving company.

Overall, Ship A Car Direct is a decent company to me to coordinate car shipment. There sales and supportive team is helpful and very nice. The price of shipping is resonable low comparing to the other company's quotes.

I would like to recommend the company to any one who wants to ship the cars.

Thank you for your terrific feedback and the repeat busines, Liyan! You are right about the timing of transports: each run is unique so the timing can vary. From traffic to bad weather to the addresses of the customers, there are valid reasons why the same general direction will vary in timing.
