Overall, I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. Emily was very professional and kept me informed at all times. This was my first time shipping a car. I was very hesitant about using a car shipping service for my 2011 BMW but everything worked out. After doing some research I felt Ship a Car Direct was the best company to go with. The staff was very professional and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I am very glad that I used Ship A Car Direct. Once I was notified of my carrier, I was contacted and finalized my shipment date. The driver was very understanding and answers all of my questions before loading my vehicle. I watched as they loaded my vehicle and felt very confident of their service. After leaving with my vehicle, I had constant communication with Ship a Car Direct and the driver. The day of deliver the driver contacted me 2 hours prior which made things convenient to pick up the car. My car was delivered in great condition beside a little dirty, which was expected because of the weather. Once my car was delivered, Emily contacted me to ensure everything went well. Again, great service and highly recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone.
