I did my homework before contacting Ship A Car Direct. I learned all about the national report board, and about the need to carefully investigate the carrier you use. After educating myself, I settled on this broker based on its ratings and reviews, and by comparisons with other companies' reviews. I was not disappointed. I believe I was dealt with honestly. And once I accepted the quote I was given by Tom, it was posted to the national board and I had an accepting transport company in no time. Folks need to understand that many variables effect how quickly a job posted to the national board will be accepted. The size of your vehicle, where it is to be picked up, and where it is to be taken are all relevant. In the end the key is having a knowledgeable broker who helps you set a fair bid that is likely to draw a rebuttable taker. The transport company that accepted my bid, Cars, Inc., was timely, and very accommodating. All in all, I had a very good experience- something about which I am quite happy as I have never had to arrange a vehicle transport before. My best advice? Do your homework, have realistic expectations, understand how the national board works, then choose a broker accordingly. For me, following that advice paid off with my selection of Ship A Car Direct!
