After talking to numerous car transport brokers that were supposed to be helpful and want my business. They were actually full of lies and very deceiving. Getting a hold of Paul at Ship a Car Direct was such a breath of fresh air. Paul was great. He was very honest with me about the whole process. Never lied to me to keep my business. The process was a little slow because I live off the beaten path for shipping trucks, but Paul kept on it and once he had a driver he was prompt and got there on time. He kept in touch with me the entire time, even when it felt like it was taking forever. I would definitely used this company again. The driver was nice and very helpful as well.
