This was our first time ever shipping a car and Ship A Car Direct made it very easy and stress free for us. It was not easy at first for us to understand exactly what all takes place when shipping a POV but needless to say they answered any and all questions we had regarding the transition. Tom one of Ship A Car Directs representatives informed us on any updates by emailed once the day came closer to shipping the POV. He found us an Outstanding shipping company (Golden Key Express) and it showed. Their non enclosed carrier was in great condition and you could tell they took great pride in their business. Each day they called with up dates as to where our vehicle was thoughout the transition, once again making it easy and stress free on our end. I would recommend their service to anyone.
